Suffolk Wedding Photographer Scoops Silver Award

by Pat Bloomfield on 24/01/2010

Traditional wedding photo of the bride and groom in the wedding car done in a contemporary style.

I’m absolutely delighted to have received a Silver Award in last month’s SWPP competitions for Traditional Wedding Photography.  Although the scene depicted is traditional the method in which the picture was taken and processed using specialized software within Photoshop is very modern.  This whole precess is typical of that required to create a more artistic image for the wedding couple.

The picture was taken using a fish-eye lens mounted on his Canon 5D camera.  I took the picture from the passenger seat in the front of their Rolls Royce wedding car just before Charlotte and Pete left for their wedding reception at Kersey Mill near Hadleigh Suffolk.

Just to let you know that we received the discs and photos this weekend.  We are really pleased with the photos you took and are very impressed by the way you captured the day perfectly and left us with some amazing memories of our special day.  Thanks again for all your help and hard work.

Pete
