It was a pleasure to be the photographer for Lucy and Rich’s Suffolk Wedding Photography. They enjoyed a glorious sunny wedding day for their April wedding.
Photographing Lucy and Rich’s complete wedding day until the first dance made it hard to select a few images to share here. Trying to reduce the number proved impossible, and I ended up with even more!
Bridal preparations were at the house of the bride’s mother in Ipswich. Their wedding car was a vintage bus! The bus was a great talking point and caused a lot of excitement with the neighbours when it arrived to collect the bridal party.
The wedding ceremony was at St Johns in Woodbridge and was all very relaxed. Lucy and Rich greeted their guests after the ceremony before having the traditional wedding group photographs. Then it was time for confetti at the church entrance before boarding the wedding bus. All the wedding party had a bus ride to their wedding reception at Hacheston Village Hall.

There was a definite American and cinema theme to the wedding décor. All the guests received bags of pop corn on their arrival

When I noticed the wind pulling at the bride's veil I suggested letting it flow with the wind for this dynamic bridal portrait.
After photographing a mock cake cutting I went back outside with the groom and his groomsmen for these break dancing photographs.
All the groomsmen came over from Texas especially for Lucy and Rich's wedding day!
