Suffolk Wedding Photography Long Melford

Reportage wedding photo of the bride and groom walking away from their Rolls Royce wedding car

by Pat Bloomfield on 01/03/2010

It was a pleasure to be the wedding photographer for Hannah & Rob on their fabulous wedding day.  The Bull Hotel in Long Melford Suffolk was their wedding venue for both the ceremony and reception.

The Bull is a picturesque Tudor Building with amazing timber work architecture making it a beautiful setting for your wedding.  They can cater for very small wedding parties but can also handle larger numbers with several big function rooms.  It is located in the rural town of Long Melford not far from either Lavanham or Sudbury.  The village green is just across the road, which is ideal for group photos.  However if the weather is sunny the village will be the backdrop to avoid everyone being blinded by the sun.  Long Melford Hall is just a few minutes drive away with an interesting gate house to the visitors’ car park; it can make a great excursion for the Bride & Groom photos – weather permitting.

Here is a video slide show showing a complete wedding from Bridal preparations through to the first dance.  This is a very comprehensive coverage of the wedding so if you have not got broadband you may wish to try the low quality versions that are further down this page.
